To request a refund from Mobility Matters , follow these steps;

Mobility Matters belives in providing a high level of customer service, Even when it comes to helping you return a product.

As there is no legal obligation to refund any customer that has changed there mind, We don not offer this service. Howeve we do have a returns policy. For any reason we offer a 14 days money back Service.

Provinding the following criteria is meet.

  • Whithin in 14 days
  • Still in any original packaging
  • Un used
  • a 20% restocking and repackaging and inspection charge
  • Proof of puchase

For hyginic and cross contamination reasons the following products are exempt from returns.

If you have any problem with any products we have the right to repair this before offering a refund. We will alway execise this right as a first reponse.
